When TACoS has been past sustainable for more than a quarter, tactical fixes will not move it. The architecture and the bid logic need to be rebuilt from underneath. This is the advisory engagement that produces the plan your team executes – not a slideware strategy.
Two to three weeks of diagnostic work, a written week-by-week recovery plan, and three review checkpoints across the next 12 weeks. Your in-house team or agency does the actual rebuild. I review what they ship and tell you, in writing, whether it is on track.
The work
- Week 1: full diagnostic, CM1 model rebuilt with your finance team, target TACoS ceiling set per SKU bucket
- Week 2: campaign architecture rebuild plan, negative keyword library reset spec, bid management ruleset
- Week 3: written recovery plan delivered, week-by-week. Your team or agency picks it up from there
- Week 4, 8, 12 reviews: I look at what your team has shipped, flag drift, recommend mid-course corrections
What you commit to
You commit to having an in-house ads owner or agency who can execute the plan. I do not do the rebuild myself. If you do not have execution capacity yet, the Audit gives you the same diagnostic and you can decide whether to build that capacity before committing to the longer engagement.
Who this is for
Brands where TACoS has drifted into 30%+ territory, the in-house team has run out of tactical levers, and you still have the bench to execute a structured eight-to-twelve week recovery.
