Privacy Policy

I want to be straightforward with you about what happens to your information when you visit this site. This page is written in plain English, not lawyer-speak. If anything here is unclear, email me at hello@workwithanandsingh.com.

Who I am

This site is run by Anand Singh, an Amazon Ads and D2C growth operator based in Mumbai, India. The site is workwithanandsingh.com. There is no company, no team, no shared inbox - just me.

What I collect

This is a static website. There are no user accounts, no logins, no comments, no forms that submit anywhere. Most visitors come, read, and leave without me knowing anything specific about them.

That said, by visiting the site your browser still sends some information automatically. Here is the honest list:

  • Your IP address and browser type - this is standard HTTP and is logged by Cloudflare (the company that serves this site). I do not have direct access to these logs in any usable form.
  • Pages you view and how long you stay - Cloudflare provides aggregate analytics. I see "200 visitors looked at the home page this week," not which individual person did what.
  • Cookies for performance - Cloudflare sets a few first-party cookies to make the site faster and protect it from bots. These are not used for advertising or tracking you across the web.

What I do not collect: third-party analytics like Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel, advertising trackers, fingerprinting scripts, behavioral cookies, or anything that follows you to other websites.

Cookies in detail

The only cookies set on this site are first-party cookies from Cloudflare, used for security and performance. Specifically:

  • __cf_bm - Cloudflare's bot-management cookie. Helps tell humans from automated traffic. Expires 30 minutes after your last activity.
  • cf_clearance - issued only if you have completed a Cloudflare security challenge (rare). Keeps you from having to re-complete it for up to 30 days.
  • cc-ack - a first-party cookie this site itself sets when you click "Got it" on the cookie banner. Its only purpose is so the banner stops appearing for you. No data is shared.

I do not use any cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking you across other sites. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insights tag, no advertising remarketing tags.

You can delete cookies any time in your browser settings. If you delete cc-ack, the banner will reappear on your next visit (and Cloudflare may reissue its security cookies).

If you contact me

The only way to talk to me from this site is by clicking the WhatsApp link or emailing me directly. If you do that, your message and any details you share with me - your name, your business, your numbers - are stored in WhatsApp or in my email account, and I treat them as confidential.

I do not add you to any newsletter, do not share your messages with anyone, and do not sell or rent contact details to anyone. Ever.

Third-party services I use

  • Cloudflare - hosts and protects this site. See Cloudflare privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts - the typefaces on this site are served via Google Fonts. Your browser fetches them from Google when you load a page, which means Google sees your IP address. See Google Fonts privacy.
  • WhatsApp / Meta - the WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta. If you choose to message me there, Meta processes that conversation per their terms.
  • Hostinger - my email (hello@workwithanandsingh.com) runs on Hostinger Mail.

How long things are kept

Cloudflare retains its logs per their own retention policy (usually a few weeks). I do not control or extend that. Emails and WhatsApp messages I have personally received from you stay in my account until I clean them out or you ask me to delete them.

Your rights

If you have ever contacted me, you can ask me to:

  • Tell you exactly what messages or data I have from you.
  • Delete everything I have from you.
  • Correct any details I have on file that are wrong.

Email hello@workwithanandsingh.com with the subject line "Data request" and I will respond within 14 days.

Children

This site is for working professionals - Amazon sellers, brand operators, marketing folks. It is not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect any information from children.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Google Fonts are international companies headquartered in the US. When you visit this site, your IP and basic request details may pass through their infrastructure outside India and outside the EU. Both companies maintain standard contractual clauses and data-transfer safeguards.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy materially - for example, if I start using a different analytics provider - I will update this page and change the date at the top. I do not email you about changes because I do not have your email unless you have written to me already.
