What is included each month
- A monthly 60-minute review call covering the previous month’s spend, TACoS trajectory, listing changes, and what is queued for the next 30 days
- Weekly written feedback on the campaign structure your team is shipping. I look at search-term reports, bid changes, and negative keyword work and tell you whether the cadence is sound
- Ad-hoc Slack or email support during business hours. Most brands use this for second opinions on big decisions: pause a SKU, raise bids ahead of a peak window, restructure a campaign that is leaking
- Quarterly strategic review on category position, competitor moves, and the next two or three things the account should be working toward
What I do not do
I do not run campaigns. I do not log into Campaign Manager to adjust bids. Your team owns execution. I review, advise, and tell you when something is going sideways before it lands on the P&L.
