Advisory, not done-for-you

Advisory for brands running a real Amazon and marketplace P&L

Three advisory engagements from an operator who reads your whole marketplace P&L - ads, inventory, pricing and margin - not just the ad book. A written read on your account, a recovery plan for a stuck one, or a standing senior voice on your P&L. Your team executes. No agency wrap.

Amazon Account Audit

Five days. Read-only access. I pull 90 days of search-term, spend and revenue signals, layer in the COGS you supply, and hand you a 12-15 page report ranked by dollar impact - plus an honest verdict, even if that verdict is "leave the account alone."

For stuck accounts

TACoS Diagnostic and Recovery Plan

Two to three weeks of diagnostic work for accounts where TACoS has sat past the ceiling your margin can fund for a quarter or more. You get a week-by-week rebuild plan your team executes - and I review what ships at weeks 4, 8 and 12 to catch drift early.

Choosing

Which engagement fits

You suspect something is broken but cannot point at what. Start with the Audit. Five days, a ranked list of what is costing you money, and a straight answer on whether the fix is worth doing at all.

You already know the account is stuck. TACoS has been past your margin ceiling for a quarter or more and tactical fixes have stopped working. That is the TACoS Diagnostic - a rebuild plan, not another list of findings.

The account runs fine, you want it kept honest. Your team or agency does the work; you want a senior read on what they ship before drift becomes damage. That is the Retainer.

How it runs

Every engagement works the same way

1. Diagnose. Read-only access, revocable any time. I read the ads, the inventory position and the margin together - the problem is usually upstream of where the symptom shows.

2. Put it in writing. Every finding lands in a written deliverable ranked by dollar impact. No slideware, no scoring rubrics. You can hold me to a document.

3. Your team executes, I keep it honest. I do not touch a bid or a dollar. Your team or agency ships the work; I review it and flag drift in writing before it lands on the P&L.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

Do you run the ads yourself?

No. Every engagement is advisory. I diagnose, put the plan in writing, and review what your team or agency ships. Access is read-only - I can see the account but never touch a bid or a dollar. If you want someone to run the ad book day to day, that is an agency or a hire, not me.

How is this different from a free agency audit?

A free agency audit is a sales document - it exists to find work for the agency. This is a paid diagnostic with no execution business attached, so I have no incentive to find problems that are not there. The deliverable includes an honest verdict, and sometimes that verdict is that the account is fine and you should leave it alone.

What do you need from me to start?

Read-only access to Seller Central and Amazon Ads, your COGS and landed costs so the numbers read in true CM1, and 30 minutes of context on the account. I will sign your NDA before you grant anything.

Which engagement should I start with?

The Audit, in almost every case. It is the cheapest way to find out what is actually broken, and it tells you whether the longer engagements are even worth buying. The exception is a brand that already has a confirmed, chronic TACoS problem and the team to execute a rebuild - that can go straight to the Diagnostic.

What does it cost?

The audit is a flat fee, fixed scope. The Diagnostic and Retainer are quoted on account size and complexity. Message me and you get the number upfront in the first reply - no discovery-call theatre before a price appears.

Which marketplaces do you cover?

Amazon US, Canada, UK, UAE and KSA, plus Noon and eBay UK where the account spans them. The Gulf marketplaces are a working specialism, not a listed extra - I have operated brands on Noon and Amazon UAE/KSA directly.

Not sure which engagement fits?

Send a quick WhatsApp message - I read every one myself and usually reply the same day. Prefer email? hello@workwithanandsingh.com reaches me directly.
