The audit is the first engagement nearly every brand starts with – and the one most people should start with. Before you sign a retainer, hire an agency, or commit to a rebuild, you should know exactly what is wrong with your account, ranked from highest-dollar impact to lowest. That is what the audit produces.

Five business days. Read-only access to Seller Central and Amazon Ads. I pull 90 days of search-term reports, ad spend by SKU bucket, organic-vs-paid revenue split, and the campaign architecture. Then I write it up – no fluff, no scoring rubrics, no padded slides.

What I do not do
